TChartUserActionExt Enumeration

Defines the action that a user is currently doing with a TRSChartPanel component. Unlike the TChartUserAction type, this means that the user can be doing nothing (uaNone)

	Name	Description
	uaNone	User is taking no action
	uaPan	User may use the mouse to pan the chart panel
	uaSelection	User may use the mouse to select chart values in the chart panel
	uaZoom	User may use the mouse to zoom the chart panel
